Kromalon privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026 · App version 1.0
Kromalon is a retro game console for Android made by Camaleon Games. This policy explains what data the app handles. In short: we do not collect any data about you.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for an account, name, email address or age.
- We don't collect or send any personal, usage or device data to servers of ours. We have no servers for that.
- There are no ads, purchases or analytics tools in this version.
- We don't use the advertising ID, location, camera, microphone or contacts.
What is kept on your device
The app keeps your best scores, the game in progress, the last cartridge, the console's skin and your options (music, effects, vibration, handedness) on the phone itself. This data doesn't leave the device except through Android backup: if you have it turned on, the system may include it in your Google account's backup, encrypted and under your control. We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Google Play Games
If you use Google Play Games on your device, the app may send your scores and achievements to that service to show them on leaderboards. Google handles this with your Play Games profile, under the Google Privacy Policy. We only see scores and achievements on the leaderboards, with the gamer name you choose in Play Games, never your account or email. It is optional: Kromalon can be played in full without Play Games, and the app never asks you to create a profile. On children's accounts supervised with Family Link, a Play Games profile only exists if their parents approve it.
Permissions
- Vibration: so the buttons buzz when pressed (it can be turned off in the options).
Children
Kromalon is suitable for everyone, including children under 13. As we don't collect personal data from anyone, we don't collect it from children either. The app complies with the Google Play Families policy.
Changes
If what the app handles changes, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version.
